Space—-The final frontier!

A few weeks ago, we were honored to have a presentation by the now retired Pastor Buckhahn.  His discussion focused on the space race between the United States and the Soviets.  He brought with him visual reference points on PowerPoint, in his extensive collection of memorabilia such as a LEGO built lunar module, and newspaper clippings from the moon landing.  This presentation functioned as an extension of our current Science curriculum on the Solar System.
